Floors and Accessible Surfaces

Plan floor cleaning after belongings are out of the way and the other agreed cleaning is complete. Share the floor material if you know it, and identify areas with different care requirements.

• Note dust, loose debris and areas that receive frequent use.
• Identify accessible baseboards or other interior surfaces you want discussed.

• Move-out date, preferred cleaning date and inspection or key-return deadline.
• When the property will be empty, access arrangements and whether utilities will be available.
• Any relevant landlord or property-manager cleaning checklist.

Final Walk-Through Checklist

• Look for remaining belongings and confirm they have been dealt with.
• Note outstanding repairs or damage independently of cleaning.
